Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Peanut butter and bananas. One of my favorite combos because they just taste so good together. When I started thinking about the different kinds of overnight oats to create, I knew this combo had to be one of them. For all of my fellow peanut butter and banana lovers out there, this is for you. ūüôā


1/2 cup milk (any kind that you prefer)

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 Tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup peanut butter

Topping:  sprinkle of cinnamon (optional) and a half banana sliced


  1. Mix all of the ingredients in any container that you can put a lid on (bowl, jar, etc.) and stir until all ingredients (besides the toppings) are mixed well. Depending on your preference you can melt the peanut butter before adding it to the other ingredients.
  2. Leave in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours
  3. Open, top with sliced banana and cinnamon and enjoy!
